Delhi Minimum Wages Rates From 01/04/2021

 

1-The Government of national capital territory (NCT) of Delhi has revised the minimum wages rates in scheduled employments under the minimum wages act,1948 in the national capital territory (NCT) of Delhi vide notification No-12(142)/02/mw/vii/3636.

2- in the below-mentioned notification it was stipulated that the dearness allowance will be payable based on six-monthly average index numbers of January to June and July to December on 1^st April and 1^st October respectively.

3-Now the government NCT of Delhi here by declares the Dearness allowance, which shall be payable for all categories w.e.f 01.04.2021.

The Rates after including D.A. are as follows.

Important Note: The Minimum wages rates have been released effective 1st April 2021 hence employers may exercise caution by providing rates as per the retrospective effective date
